Watchdog Uncovers New Evidence of Quid Pro Quo at Hillary State Dept.

(LifeZette) Judicial Watch released 448 pages of documents Friday showing further incidences of Huma Abedin, 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s former deputy chief of staff in the State Department, allocating special treatment to Clinton Foundation donors while Clinton served as Secretary of State.

Clinton’s use of a private email server to conduct government business clouded her presidential campaign. The latest batch of documents released Friday arrived long after the conservative legal watchdog organization filed its lawsuit in May 2015 requesting “all emails of official State Department business received or sent by former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin from January 1, 2009 through February 1, 2013 using a non-‘” email address.”

The 448 pages Judicial Watch released Friday included six email exchanges that Clinton had failed to turn over to the State Department and brought the total number of known emails that Clinton didn’t turn over to 439. Although Clinton submitted roughly 55,000 pages of emails during the course of the probe into her private email server, these additional emails appear to contradict here statement that “as far as she knew” she had turned over all of her government email exchanges.

“I’m not sure how much more evidence of pay for play, classified information mishandling, and influence peddling from Clinton’s email server one would need to show a serious criminal investigation is required,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement Friday.

The newly released documents reveal multiple instances of Clinton Foundation donors receiving favors from the State Department. In addition, Clinton Global Initiative executive Doug Band featured prominently throughout the pages as he appeared to wield his influence in Clinton’s State Department. Clinton’s brother, Tony Rodham, also acted as a sort of go-between for Abedin and Clinton Foundation donor Richard Park.

As Judicial Watch’s press release read, “A number of emails show the free flow of information and requests for favors between Clinton’s State Department and the Clinton Foundation.”

Band ordered Abedin in one exchange to “show love to” Clinton Foundation donor Andrew Liveris, asking that Abedin “mention both me and wjc,” an apparent reference to former President Bill Clinton. Liveris is the CEO of Dow Chemical, a company that donated at least $1 million to the Clinton Foundation and Clinton Global Initiative. Band also requested that Clinton consider granting Clinton Foundation contributor Karlheinz Koegel’s request that she speak at an event.

Rodham also lobbied for his friend, Clinton donor Richard Park, to receive access to Clinton. Park asked Rodham to forward a speaking request for Bill Clinton “to your sister” for her to pass along.

Clinton donor Ben Ringel emailed Abedin and requested that she help an Iranian woman obtain a U.S. visa, writing, “We need to get her clearance even only temporary to be with her granddaughter.” Ban also used Abedin to help Canadian Clinton donor Michael Cohl obtain a visa. In both cases, Abedin complied and forwarded on the email requests.

An email exchange from May 2009 showed Abedin informing Band that Clinton’s then-chief of staff, Cheryl Mills, was working “under the radar” on a “career post” at the State Department. As an executive with the Clinton Global Initiative, Band did not need to be involved in the inner-workings of the State Department. But Abedin also discussed the U.S. ambassadorship to Barbados with Band after her recommended a candidate to fill the position. Abide told Band, “I know, he’s emailed a few times. But she wants to give to someone else.”

“Other emails found in Abedin’s unsecure email account appear to show additional instances of the Clinton State Department’s lax approach to protecting national security,” Judicial Watch’s press release noted.

In some cases, Abedin forwarded emails to her unsecured account with information pertaining to “foreign governments” and “national defense or foreign policy.” One email included portions of Obama’s schedule for June 4, 2009. Clinton’s own daily schedules were sent to Clinton Foundation associates on a few occasions. Information regarding “federal preparedness and response for an international terrorist threat to the United States,” “The Secretary’s Phone Call with Chinese Foreign Minister Yang,” and “The Secretary’s Phone Call with Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov” were also sent to the unsecured email server.

Although former FBI Director James Comey announced in July 2016 that Clinton would face no charges for her decision to utilize a private email server, he said that “there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.” Even months after Clinton’s Election Day loss, her use of the private email sever and Abedin’s handling of State Department correspondences continue to haunt them.

Add to it the recent death of someone form Haiti found with a bullet to the head, another one bites the dust before testifying about Clinton. This isn’t a Swamp, this is an entire “Empire” within our own government and it is ruthless and follows no laws nor is it punished by any of our laws. The “Untouchables” for sure.

    • Mtn Mama

but they can beat Trump up daily……over everything! I guess a good offense is a good diversion….

      • Tiger

Trump is immensely popular in Europe. Not enough people know that because we know why, no coverage. He is influencing our allies and there is much good coming from it. As to America we are so filled with enemies within who are citizens I worry for our future. Trump is strong but the America I grew up in is long gone, I watched it die in 10 year increments. I am over 60 and I can tell you this is not the America I knew from grade school up to college, first time round and second, I shutter to think with what is growing in our colleges today where we will be 10 years from now.

        • Mtn Mama

i’m over 70, and these are my sentiments as well.

          • Tiger

Thank you it is not a good situation.

          • Mtn Mama

if they have evidence……are we just helpless to get justice?

          • Tiger

Mtn Mama was there ever a day when justice came to the truly in like a tick on a dog wealthy? Usually after the fact, long after. We will see.

          • Dale Netherton

I’m 78 and I see the resurgence of a great America on the horizon.

      • Mike W

They go after President Trump with NO evidence and disregard ALL of the evidence against the Clintons and Obamas. Sick damned people.

    • Nikita63

And that is why what is most needed in this country is an unassailable by George Soros and others of his type like the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR and many traitorous congress cretins in our own corrupt government , an HONEST election , or more accurately , a number of them to drain the swamp or the “Empire, ” as you describe it. Since that is unlikely since there is SO VERY MUCH CRIMINALITY AND IT IS BEING REVEALED DAILY IN SPITE OF THE BIASED AND INACCURATE, NON-CREDIBLE MASS MEDIA, THE FINAL SOLUTION, AND, PERHAPS THE ONLY ONE IS A REBELLION OF RESTORATION! However, since Obama has destroyed the character of our military and weakened them and their resolve, ruined their morale and appointed Commanding general officers and Admirals of less loyalty to our Constitution sympathetic to the New World Order United Nations Agenda 21 and more to his agenda than our freedoms, who knows or can trust any of them? The only such I would TRUST as a Vietnam Veteran are those relieved of command for answering the question: If ordered to fire on American Citizens, will you? If they refused, many of them were relieved or retired, some 200 of them and, the very FACT that this was used as a barometer of loyalty states much as to where Obama’s TREASONOUS tendencies truly lie, does it not?

      • Tiger

Indeed we are running in the same direction in mind, knowledge and summation of the situation our country has itself in at this time in history. My concerns lie not with the Russians or the Muslims as much as with the colleges. These generations coming up are the “Enemy Within” I don’t even know how much longer this Republic can stand with this tsunami growing in the womb of our country and will be born.

      • Grant1959

It’s called Article V Convention of States, that5 is the constitutional provision the founding fathers prepared for the people to take back the power from an out of control federal government.

Number 49 another American GOP seeking Clintons email was recently found dead with a suicide note. I am asking Why Donald Trump has not put these people behind bars?

      • Kenneth Jones

Good question. It seems the cops can’t do a thing unless the DA orders it.

      • Tiger

Have not a clue but hoping he has a cunning plan.

    • nocbsfan

Several people are now saying they are afraid to talk about it cause they don’t wan’t to die. If this old girl is that powerful some one needs to do something, Session’s seem afraid also. (sigh)

      Sounds like “Arkancide”.

      • Tiger

I just realized this is a term used for Hillary kills. So appropriate.

  • rfkcalif

Until the Attorney General Sessions starts to show some backbone and go after the corrupt Clinton Machine, they will continue to rub your noses in their garbage. Judicial Watch had a court order back before the election regarding Clinton and perjury, but they too never followed through. I assume, these people are being blackmailed or threatened and that is the reason no one goes after Clinton. I wonder how many people have died at the hands of the Clinton machine even Judge Scalia I would add him, because Clinton had thought she was going to win and he was the one standing in her way of taking our guns away. The list just goes on and no one does anything!

    • Lillian DeVore

I wonder if we would know if she is under investigation? Last year I wondered if, by giving them a heads-up they were under investigation, it gave them time to destroy all the evidence and collaborate on a story.

  • Walter J Williams

More and more REAL news about the corruption of the DNC crime syndicate. Wake up america! DNC liberals are destroying everything they touch! Look at Illinois!

  • Kim Chul Soo

This is more evidence of someone that needs to be jailed. This is ridiculous that she continues to evade investigation and prosecution. She and her pervert husband are the all time winners of the most corrupt ever to occupy the White House.

  • don17048

Fake news will have “Sources” that prove Russia or Don Trump Jr. meeting did everything.

    • Edouard d’Orange

That’s the way it works in biased “news” business.

    • Shawn Sapp

I believe the dems did set that entire thing up. That is why they kept pushing the collusion thing. They new the entire time that meeting took place because they set it up. Kept pushing until someone finally found it. Nothing even happened because of this meeting. Hillary gets off scott free because she didnt intenyionally break the law(yeah right) but they will demand prosecution for this when no law was actually broken. Every one of these conspirers need to be killed. Death is what these corrupt people deserve

  • Danny Noble

I am deathly sick and tired or these Clintonista supporters who refuse to accept the legally certified results of our election 8 months later. Their violence and killings remind me of banana republics south of Mexico. All this crap that is going on now is results of their coup attempts, which I guess will be non-stop? I know, Clinton was to finish Obamas efforts at destroying America per Bill Ayers manifesto, I get it. But enough is enough people, we won, get over it, elections have consequences and all the other crap they spouted at us. Trump, carry on, you are doing a fine job.

  • Bill

The information should haunt them all. They did wrong and they know that they did wrong. Using a wrong a to fix another wrong is definitely right…IF the current government assembly wants to bring charges against the President, then the playing field should be level and charges should be brought against the past administration. And I mean ALL OF THE ADMINISTRATION.

  • Loving America

Clinton should have to prove she is not guilty and so should her girlfriend!

  • Ed

If there was a need for a special prosecutor to investigate the Clintons, and especially Hillary, it is now. There was/is so much corruption associated with these two that justice demands it. I thank God every day that this thoroughly corrupt woman lost the election. The corruption would have continued on a grander scale like, for example, say Hillary contacts a 3rd world dictator and tells him that to combat climate change, or famine, or whatever, she is going to send the country $500 million. In exchange, she wants one-third returned to the Clinton Foundation as a donation. This only a sample, How about selling presidential access like she did as SecState? The corruption schemes that she would have used to enrich herself and husband Bubba are endless. Please, somebody appoint a special prosecutor or she will walk free. But Democrats will continue to worship her. Ugh!!!!

    • Amos10

Also, it is time to investigate SP Mueller. He is upto his neck in the Solyndra scandal in which 500 BILLION Taxpayer dollars were lost to Obama and his pals in the solar panel fiasco. He concealed evidence that was taken from Solyndra and the investigation ws squashed by Mueller. And this guy with cloud over his head is investigation Trump. C’mon.

  • Allen

Out of all the emails they recovered, is ANY of the type that Hillary stated was for Chelsea wedding plans or lamps they said they were looking at? This should prove she lied. Prosecute her and her spouse and child.

  • John

LOCK HER UP!!!! The media, Dems and the oh so “special ” prosecutor are wasting time on the B$ TRUMP-Russia lie to cover up the very real crimes of the Dems., including those of exPresident Failure and company.

  • Joe Stephens

I don’t know why Congress is not investigating Clinton. Comey laid out a summary of why she should be indicted and at the end said no, we are not going to indict her. How screwed up is that.

And they have been wasting their time investigating Trump and Russia. No evidence of collusion. Plus look at what Trump has done to Russia. He sent 58 cruise missiles into Syria and has add sanctions on Russia for their behavior. Doesn’t look like there is anything there.

    • Amos10

The investigation of Trump and the Russians was precisely orchestrated to keep the publics’ attention away from the criminal acts of the Clinton/Obama/Democrat Machine.

      • Joe Stephens

This sounds right. But why don’t the republicans step up and start investigations of the Clintons? I think the democrats have cowed the republicans and the republicans don’t seem to have the cojones to do what is right. So sad. We put them in power to get things done.

  • midogman

the Clinton’s must have a lot of dirt on some important people to be able to get away with what they’ve done.

    • Amos10

You can shout that from the roof tops!

One could say that the defeated democrat candidate is the most dangerous woman since Lucrezia Borgia and Eileen Wuornos but we would need to see a chromosome study. It is now clear that The Drunken Lesbian Witch and The Rapist are the worst criminals in American history; fortunately the dysnastic dimwit who put the “twit” in Twitter is not going to be able to follow their example of violence, probably because her father Webb Hubbell was, whatever his financial peculations, a more pacific individual.

  • Jose Cisneros

I have grown tired of hearing of Hildabeast legal violations and nothing is done. It is time for Jeff Session to conduct an investigation and prosecute or for the new head of the FBI to do the same

  • Jeff

Do we really need to ask why she wasn’t prosecuted, I mean [email protected]& my 12 year old could have tried her with the amount of evidence that’s available (and got a guilty verdict) and yet somehow James Comey, is held with high regard, give me a break, he’s just as guilty as Hilliary, obumnut, lynch, mills a Abedein and the list continues but yet no convictions, no nothing, well except for plenty of evidence and dead bodies piling up. Somebody please open your eyes in Washington, how is it the average person who had committed half these crimes would have been buried but not these folks… seems like there is a different justice system in the works.

  • Harry Pearson

And yet, the left says, she’s not been convicted of anything. Well, no, she hasn’t, but how many times do we need to see sufficient evidence of her wrong-doing before someone, either at the Federal or State level finally levies charges against her with one of these open and shut cases? There is so much evidence in the public realm now to convict ANY other person multiple times, yet when we had the best chance to date, James Comey “decided” there was no evidence of her “intent” to commit a crime. Mr. Comey, since when did intent ever, EVER, come into consideration when looking at the breaking of a law? Did you ever hear the old saying “Not knowing isn’t a defense.” IF, and that is a given, she broke a law, try her for breaking the law, not for her “intent” of breaking the law.

    • Edouard d’Orange

A prosecutor doesn’t need intent to indict and convict in the case of mishandling classified information. Simple mistakes that lead to release of sensitive information puts people in jail- EXCEPT for the clintons and demotards.

    • Shawn Sapp

What i want to know is how many more people are going to die before the clintons, and ALL of their associates, are behind bars. Another person was just found dead. Had they been locked up when comey had the chance, that is at least 3 people that would still be alive. If they dont have the balls to do their job, then let someone have it that does.

    • Grant1959

Neither was mobster John Gotti until the fifth try…. and wasn’t it tax evasion or mail fraud or something innocuous that wound up taking down Capone????

  • Leslie Bryant

Well to connect the Clintons to any crime would require Congressmen with balls! We definitely don’t have any of those and haven’t for the past 30 years!

  • Kenneth Jones

If this isn’t a classic example of corruption on the part of a federal official, then what is?

    • Askjrsk

      Spot on

  • Karma

Exactly how much proof does one need to arrest snd convict an overly fat (off our money) piglet from arkansas …i recently saw in the paper several people convicted of many crimes, with alot less proof/evidence than is in clintons file, yet, she still walks, or waddles, free…a fine govt we have..

  • paul b ahern

I will not say anything. I want to live not be #37 on the list.

    • nocbsfan

She must be pretty powerful, every one seems to have the same attitude

  • freepetta

Lock her up!!! How much more does this woman have to do?

  • What more can I offer in this criminal investigation except to say lock all of them up for treason against the United States of America for ever.

  • Rolpho Signetti

I hope she gets a brain tumor…. wait…. I think she already has one! With all the kooky antics during the election! She will be gone in 4-5 years! And the left will want to put her on a new 6.66 dollar bill! Just when/if she does die… bury her deep!

  • Gerald Cline

No, no, no…RUSSIA, RUSSIA, RUSSIA…nah, nah, nah…impeach Trump, impeach Trump, impeach Trump…I can’t hear you…is ignoring it working…?!?!?

  • Brent

Between “Pay to Play,” “The Clinton Bodycount,” the Uranium deal, and Benghazi, I cannot begin to understand why she hasn’t received the death penalty.

  • tCotUS

Hillary & all those associated should be sitting on Death Row

  • Donald Lindsey

With further incidences of Huma Abedin, 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s former deputy chief of staff in the State Department, allocating special treatment to Clinton Foundation donors while Clinton served as Secretary of State.

Huma Abedin non-American muslim hired by Hilary Clinton as an aid like Obama’s aid both having access to highly classified information and troop movement and activity. With Traitors like these in the White-house, we now know why so many of our brave men and women died under Obama/Clinton regime.

  • travis690

One year in prison for each offense of not using a secure transmission for classified information is the penalty.

So it looks like Mrs. Weiner should be in prison until she’s as old as Hillary.

  • Don Juan

Hilliard Clinton and all her Clans men. What a bunch of crooks. Oh, wait! Now I know why Trump nicknamed her Crooked Hillary. It is because she really is a crook and a swindler and a liar and a cheat and a fibber and a Markist and a traitor and a advocate to having unborn babies killed and a ….. Well, you all get the picture.

  • Amos10

We have a do-nothing AG who sits around all day and collects his pay check.

  • sparkleplenty27

the mysterious death count of those associated with some aspect of clinton knowledge, be it about to testify, or having a good deal of info to expose – NOW 57 AND COUNTING! 57 deaths (most suicide?) should be sufficient to get those 2 scumbag politicians (aks CRIMINALS) tried for treason, murder, and crimes against the nation! bubba is still unscathed from his days of overseeing the largest drug running operation in the US (prior to the cartels).

  • Mike W

This world will be a much better place when the Clintons are no longer in it.

  • 9400budlang8406

The Clintons have nothing on the mob. They have exceeded them. If it doesn’t catch up to them in this life it will in the next. God is not mocked.

  • william g munson

Boy this is getting Gooder and gooder all the time

  • Grant1959

Perhaps Hillary did not realize that with her successful stonewalling and delaying the submission of her emails until this late date, after the hearings and investigations were finished that these now give the government evidentiary basis for re-opening the investigation and I dare say it’s time to empanel a grand jury. There is no other remedy for the justice system to demolish the appearance of a two tiered justice system. The Clinton gang must be made to pay for their crimes and not allowed to benefit from the filthy lucre they have accumulated by abusing their positions and selling America out. I am not surprised by the reports of another two people found dead from gunshots to the head that were associated with turning states evidence against the Clinton’s. I expect that there will be more, unless the DOJ see’s that the whole bunch is taken into “protective “custody and the power brokers in the Clinton Crime organization are held in isolation. These are very dangerous people that have untold millions at their disposal to carry out all forms of obstruction including paying people off and having people murdered. Seth Rich was murdered for a flash drive device, that was what was missing from his person, not his wallet, cash, credit cards, jewelry or cell phone, but a USB Flash Drive device that contained the “stolen” emails and files from the DNC.

  • Grant1959

Sessions should empanel a grand jury immediately!

  • Rolpho Signetti

I would love to hear what she is whispering to that “kid” in the photo? Maybe…. hey sweetie, can you go get me another pair of Depends? I just did a Clinton in these ones! I will be up later to “tuck” you in… remember, this is just our little secret! …. oh wait! That should be a bill Clinton quote! But I guess it can apply both of these “Pizza Lovers”.

  • Beeker D.

The Clinton’s are Criminal Scumbag Liars, Plain &Simple! Have been since before BJ Boy was elected POTUS!
Sold the U.S.A .and YOU & ME out to Communist Chinese for donations to the DNC back in the 90’s!

  • Marie Saqueton

The Dept of Justice should start prosecution now before they get rid of everything. We should support and thank the Judicial Watch lawyers for working for us. The are very efffective in their lawsuits to protect the public good. They have one now against Obama as an alien and must be deported, no record to prove his citizenship whatsoever. Atty. Klayman has filed that lawsuit after he learned he was also wiretapped by Obama, violating the Privacy Act Law.

    • nocbsfan

I for one sure wish him luck Mr. Klayman do a good job

  • Christian_Prophet

When a supporter of liar Trump can’t defend him anymore, it seems that they attack anyone, even those who are no longer running for president. You folks just can’t let her go. Maybe you are afraid that her dignity and morality continues to over shadow the immoral thug you put in the White House.

  • Howlingmad

Well, at least someone is at least TRYING, to get the information out to the public . . . not that it will actually matter though. YES, I’m a “Cynic” !.

  • jesse

Sessions, you impaneled that grand jury yet? Time to get off your a$$ and go after the clinton cartel and the rest of the left’s criminal enterprise, that makes the Gambinos look like girl scouts, instead of letting them just pound away at your boss with fabricated scandals!

  • Zane Tyler

Isn’t it time for the god guy’s who love our constitution to take action and rid our country of it’s domestic enemies?
    Many have taken that oath
Of course there are variations of this oath-
    The important part being —

I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same

I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”

(Title 10, US Code; Act of 5 May 1960 replacing the wording first adopted in 1789, with amendment effective 5 October 1962).

I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the Governor of Texas and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.”
