(Joshua Paladino, Liberty Headlines) The Albemarle Police Department in North Carolina charged Roberto Carlos Ayala, an illegal alien, for 42 counts of sexual offense “up to and including first degree rape” that occurred over 10 years.
Police arrested Ayala, 36, last Wednesday in Fairfax County, Virginia, WSOCTV reported.

Police will extradite him to North Carolina, where he will await trial.
No other details about Ayala’s alleged crimes have been released.
Ayala is one of 29 illegal aliens arrested and charged with sex crimes in North Carolina during the past month.

It’s unclear whether 18-year-old Nadeem Ahmad Eshanzada, an illegal alien, took the images himself or whether he obtained them from someone else.

William Velasquez, a criminal illegal alien, was sentenced to 26 to 52 years in prison after being found guilty of one felony count of aggravated indecent assault and three misdemeanor counts of indecent assault.
In all cases, the victim was a 14-year-old girl. She testified that Velasquez had done “inappropriate things” to her for two or three years.
State College, Pennsylvania police arrested him, and a Centre County judge sentenced him on July 16.
“The victim’s family accepted Velasquez into their home in a spirit of inclusiveness, trust and acceptance. Velasquez betrayed that trust and acceptance by using the family’s kindness toward him as a vehicle to sexually abuse their daughter,” Deputy District Attorney Sean McGraw said in a statement, Centre Daily Times reported.
Velasquez, 64, has been a criminal for most of his life, having faced sodomy, assault, robbery and larceny charges in New York and found guilty of “sexual battery of a person helpless to resist in Florida.” He was sentenced to 30 years for the latter offense in 1984.
“Over the past 46 years, William Velasquez has proven himself to be a danger to the public,” McGraw said.
