Court Docs: Big Questions about Roy Moore Accuser

(Breitbart) Court documents involving Leigh Corfman, who says that Alabama senatorial candidate Roy Moore tried to engage in a sexual encounter with her when she was 14, raise questions about the timeline and narrative of Corfman’s accusations against the politician…

One Roy Moore Accuser Worked for Hillary, Another Claims Several Pastors Made Sexual AdvancesRegarding the original court hearing where Corfman says that Moore asked her for her number while Wells went inside the courtroom, the Post reported that it “confirmed that her mother attended a hearing at the courthouse in February 1979 through divorce records.”

A thorough search of court documents finds one court case in February 1979—a case that took place on February 21, 1979.

The Post failed to tell readers that at that February 21, 1979, court case Wells voluntarily gave up custody of Corfman to Corfman’s father, Robert R. Corfman.  The two had been divorced since 1974.  The custody case was amicable and involved a joint petition by both parents.

The Post further did not tell readers that as a result of the joint petition to change custody, the court ordered the 14-year-old Corfman to move to her father’s house starting on March 4, 1979.

Court documents show the father’s address in Ohatchee, and not in Gadsden, where her mother lived and where Corfman says the meetings with Moore took place.

This would mean that from the court hearing on February 21, 1979, until Corfman was ordered to move to her father’s house, Moore would only have had 12 days, including the day of the court hearing, to have repeatedly called Corfman at her mother’s Gadsden house, arrange two meetings, and attempt another. Moore has strenuously denied the accusations…

These stories are so full of holes that it is ridiculous.

And more holes keep showing up.

Sarge, I think that is the case.

I went to just two Prom in my life, my 9th Grade Prom which was semi formal, and I took a Girl friend to he Senior Prom while stationed in Okinawa, he was 17 and I was 24.

Three proms, all formal, four formal dances at men’s schools and the H.S. Graduation dance…….there may have been others, but can’t remember. And can only recall two of the guys I took.

    • Mad Scientist

Unfortunately, when you get into a s**t slinging contest it is not what you throw but what sticks to you. And if enough sticks and the voters of Alabama do not see thru it Moore could still lose.

      • Janelle

M.S., that is the truth. Alabama will likely stick to its conservative roots and vote for Moore. The people from that state have got to be tired of the rest of us speculating about their election.

  • Steve G.

If he did it he’s done. Let’s just get the original yearbook and have the signature authenticated. Like I said; If it’s his signature he’s finished. If the signature is fake, then the Democrats are finished. It’s really that simple. Why won’t Allred have the signature analyzed? Could her credibility and career be on the line? It’s not to hard to settle this case.

    • Frank Taylor

if the signature is his, all that means is that he signed her yearbook. she alleges the signing was at Christmas and the altercation a few months later. If he did not sign it however, that means she lied about the yearbook and may very well have lied about everything else..

      • Jackalyn Morrison

She did when I saw the yearbook I paused the tv and looked closer at the writings and the r’s, y’s and the m’ s didn’t match either!! I am not an hand writing expert but I saw the discrepancy of that myself!! Now she want release the yearbook so that makes me feel like that I might be on to something

        • David Kledzik

Two different colored ink signatures, and the D.A. was Moores assistants initials, during the time of Nelsons divorce. All the accusations are made up to do a hit job on the Judge plain and simple.

        • davnkatzr

What I noticed was the written comment and the signature had several differences including the ones you mentioned. For me, the biggest difference was the size of the writing and it did NOT match the signature in style or shading. Also, see my comment above.

      • Brad Fisher

And frankly there is perhaps no yearbook to produce.

        • David Kledzik

Forged at best, but probably your version is better. You know due process, the right to confront your accusers, and innocent until proven guilty. Knowingly giving false info to authorities is subeorning perjury, a disbarrable offense if your Allred. That’s why the yearbook will not be given out.

          • Dee

Great point I didn’t think of that .

          • Maddawg

And … until proven guilty ? It’s a bit beyond the statute of limitations.. So, the whole thing is really moot.. Nothing to prove because it can’t be taken to court in the first place.. Why would the girl wait so many years until just before a very specific election ? Because it is motivated and not by the need for justice or that it even happened.. It’s a mudslinging event perpetuated by the Dems..

          • David Kledzik

            Exactly 100% Right you are.

        • Frank Taylor

Most of the things stated by some of these women are meaningless. One girl who was of age, stated she dated him. I think she was 18 and said further it never got past kissing. Nothing wrong with kissing an 18 year old, is there. a couple or maybe three said he asked them out on dates but they never accepted. Is is a crime to ask a person of age out on a date. the girl who was 24 said he tried to kiss or fondle her in his office and one stated he grabbed her butt. The only two with any real merit are the waitress who appears to be lying or not telling the whole truth. The 14 year old was transferred from her mother to her father and she was required to move into her fathers house. She claimed he called her at her mothers and it proceeded from there. She has also accused at least two others of virtually the same thing over the years. Could these things have happened as they said. Yes, but the timing opens them to lots of questions. His wife was 14 years younger than him when they married. He clearly does in fact like younger women, but did he act inappropriately with any of them. We should know more soon.

          • David Kledzik

I don’t believe he acted innapropriate with anyone. You know the old saying, “throw cr*p at the wall long enough to see if anything sticks.

          • Frank Taylor

You are probably correct that he has not done anything they say. the timing does hurt his campaign and could very well throw the election to the Democrat. Polls now show a very tight race that could go either way. I do have to admit and say that he likes his women younger. His wife is 14 years younger, and that does make their stories a bit more credible.

          • Eric

How exactly is a lie made more credible???

          • Frank Taylor

I think with some of what we know, this was an attempt to harm his campaign and to a certain degree that has worked. It is possible that he actually did some of what he is accused of. I do not think he did, but the accusations are out there. We likely will know what happened in time, but the damage may have been done and he could lose. He married a woman in 1985 who was 14years youngers, so clearly he does like his women a little bit younger. All of his accusers are young and though I do not believe them, there is a possibility that he did some of what he is accused/ so much wrong with these accusations and the timing foes stink, but he seems predisposed towards young women, so we may find he did this.

          • davnkatzr

Well Frank, you appear to be old enough to remember when Clarence Thomas was the SCOTUS nominee. A Ms Hill made damning accusations against CT. Other women joined in, but Hill was the main accuser. Just one little problem – investigation proved Hill was recruited, trained, and well-paid by demoncraps. Do you actually believe this attack against Judge Moore is any different?

          • Suzu M

I don’t think it’s even important about his wife being 14 years younger. Plenty of couples have that age difference. Let’s see, I know someone of my parent’s generation that are 10 years apart. I know someone of MY generation that is 11 years apart. I know another couple that are 5 years apart. And you see it all the time in the old fashioned movies.
In fact, it pretty much makes sense for a man to marry younger than him. He spends his late teens and early twenties preparing his career. When he’s done with training he has time to consider marriage. It’s a very natural thing to happen. and I actually consider it wise. Even science says something to the effect: Boys mature later than girls. So why would girls want to marry someone of the same age, who is not of the same maturity level.
So, I really don’t think it’s that big of a deal. And like the great stories say, Love knows no age.

Frankly, in a time, when society begins accepting men with men, and women with women, and mothers marrying sons, and relationships with animals, (which are completely abnormal and morally wrong) WHO THE MISCHIEF CARES about something NORMAL, like age difference?

          • Herb1949

I have friends that are 28 years difference in age, and they have been happily married for 18 years. No big deal.

      • David Kledzik

Just read an article that said they interviewed a waitress that worked at the Olde Hickory Restaurant in Gadsden during that time frame, and she doesn’t recall Nelson ever working there, or Judge Moore ever patronizing the restaurant.

        • Frank Taylor

I have not seen text of actual interview, but what i did read still leaves a lot of unanswered questions. The yearbook allegedly was signed in December 1978 and the accusation about the assault refers to couple months later. It would seem to not be real hard to find out who worked there from say October 1978 until say June 1979. The coworkers could confirm if she worked there and confirm whether he was a regular there.

          • David Kledzik

One did in an interview that I just read about, and she said Nelson never worked there, or Judge Moore ever patronizing there.

      • Stephen Norman

If the “other” yearbooks from the same signing all have DA after the signature, then probably his clerk did the ceremonial signatures. Quite a common practice.
If Alreds client penned in the other BS, then send her to jail.
Sad the Never Moore’s were so quick to condemn him because they may end up looking like fools.

        • davnkatzr

My biggest disappointment was how quickly Sean Hannity jumped onto that wagon and demanded Moore provide definitive proof of innocence within 24 hours or drop out. Hannity knows (or should know) better than that. Even Sister Theresa or Jesus Christ could not provide definitive proof within 24 hrs if they were accused of some “hidden” sin. Anyway, I no longer tune in to Hannity due to what appears to be a betrayal of conservatives by joining with RINOs and libturds.

          • Herb1949

Hannity is a RINO, has been for years. NOTHING he says carries any weight with me.

          • Bearcat

Davnkatzr Did you hear the interview that Hannity had with Judge Moore 2or3 days before he made that statement if you had you would have a lot of questions running through your head I heard the interview and the next night on Hannity Greg Jerret( if I spelled right) pointed out 3 different mistakes that Judge Moore made and then the 3td or 4 th nite is when Hannty called out Judge Moore I know for I do not miss his show what so ever that interview should be on the internet some where if you can find it you need to listen to it

      • Kimberly

Tell me, what student has a yearbook in December? That’s right – NO ONE!! Kids get yearbooks in June. This whole thing stinks. If they’re not lying, why the refusal to turn over the yearbook? I’ll tell you why – because they LIFTED THE SIGNATURE from this liar’s divorce decree where Moore’s assistant, Delver Adams (D.A.) signed it!!!

      • kabulgeorge

Must have been from another year, previous year, if it was signed at Christmas. Been over four decades since I left high school but yearbooks are always handed out after spring break and many times just a few weeks before school let out for the summer. Sure smells to me Frank. I think the principal at my son’s Mobile High School took the yearbook money and bought himself a new car the year he graduated.

    • catrig77

Allred is the worst of the worst. A pig!

      • Dee

        And that’s insulting pigs

        • undeRGRound

Yes, most hogs, piglets and sows have much more common sense than Gloria Allred! 😉 😀
          lmao

    • independent thinker

He supposedly signed the yearbook at Christmas and the comment would indicate that. However, yearbooks are not printed and issued to the students until 3-4 months after Christmas.

      • Danny Noble

Also what person carries their yearbook to the greasy spoon food joint she worked at. That is super screwy. I mean, really?

        • Jackalyn Morrison

She was under age so she couldn’t have worked there!!

          • Kenneth

I was working in a drive-in diner at 12 (TWELVE) years old. laws were very different depending on who you knew.

          • Jackalyn Morrison

Yes but don’t know where you are from but in Alabama there is a law you can’t work under the age of sixteen

          • davnkatzr

Federal Child Labor Law – – – because of that law, most states accepted 16 as the “age of majority” that is the age when considered to be adults.

          • davnkatzr

My 1st “paying job” was age 11 as janitor’s assistant at school. Dad got that job for me. My next “real”paying job was at 14-16 as a sack boy at Piggly Wiggly grocery store. It was pretty common back then (1940-1960) for youngsters to be hired IF they could learn the job and handle the responsibility. I wasn’t until the dems came up with child labor law in late 50s or early 60s, AND such laws were mainly aimed at coal mines etc.

          • David Kledzik

An article I just read said someone interviewed a waitress that worked there during that supposed time frame, and she said she doesn’t recall Nelson ever working there, or Judge Moore ever patronizing that said restaurant. It’s all slanderous, libelous lies.

          • Jackalyn Morrison

Ooh yea so you heard the same thing I did!! You are absolutely right on

          • David Kledzik

Also the interview with the mall manager, security officer and someone else, can’t remember who, but all three said he was never 80sixed out of the mall. The security officer said another person was during that time frame for doing the very same thing they accuse the judge of doing, but the security officer said that individual is now deceased.

          • davnkatzr

Y’all are forgetting how at least one accuser said Judge Moore was barred from a specific mall because of his aggressive behavior toward young girls. Only problem with that is the man who managed that mall for 20+ Yrs stated no such ban against Moore was ever in effect. We RARELY hear anyone repeating that accusation now.

          • Strangerinastangeland

Teenagers could work then and now. Different States have different rules.

      • Jackalyn Morrison

        Bingo

      • Brad Fisher

Boy you’ve got a point. Total fabrication and when proven she and her lawyer should be charged with defamation of character, slander, etc. etc. and totally clean out their bank accounts so that there is not one penny left to live on. Now they can move in with Hitlery.

        • David Kledzik

How about Allred suboerning perjury, a disbarrable offense.

      • David Kledzik

Love how in an article I read, that she stated the assault happened in December or January. Something like that massive trauma to a young woman or older lady they would remember to the day they die. It would be like knowing what day and year your child(ren) were born. A person just doesn’t forget something like that. That is of course unless they are lying and can’t get their story straight.

    • Karen

Really, what’s going on with that? What’s taking so long to have it authenticated? If Allred is holding up turning it over, then that’s probably the beginning of the end!

      • David Kledzik

Read my comment to Brad Fisher above, to know why the yearbook won’t be handed over.

        • Karen

Your 100% right! Too much not adding up! This crap is getting old!

    • Danny Noble

We have all seen the ‘signature’ with DA behind it. Two different colour inks. Allred refuses to let the book be examined. Dollars to donuts that book was burned in a trash can for heat or is at the bottom of the Tennessee River.

      • David Kledzik

        Exactly!!!!!

    • Brad Fisher

Clearly stinks as do all things liberal and Dumocrat.

      • Zardoz

I thought it was spelled Dumocrap.

    • David Kledzik

The reason Allred won’t turn over the yearbook is because she knows it’s fake. And giving false information to law enforcement or the courts is subeorning perjury, and that is a “Disbarrable” offense.

    • J_in_TX

Allred, Bloom and credibility don’t go together in the same sentence.

    • Mary Cosmah-Johnson

Her career? She is definitely as people think of lawyers, shark. Money hungry.
Chases down people urged them to bring suits that real ethical lawyers would not.
She should have been disbarred long ago.

    • Paul Hoisington

The yearbook I’m sure will not be released until after the election. Better for the Dems.

      • Maddawg

Wanna bet that after the election, the whole matter gets dropped, regardless of who wins ?

    • TexasCoyote1

This whole thing is just too convenient to be believable. These women just happen to come forward a month before this election after waiting 40 years. Personally, I believe this is a result of the Republican Establishment viewing Judge Moore as a colleague who cannot be bought or blackmailed.

This whole incident is an attempt by the National Republican Party to send a message to Steve Bannon that they are not going to give up their power without a fight. We, the people, need to see through this charade for what it is–a political dirty trick that will go away as soon as the election results are in. Of course, when Judge Moore wins, these dirty tricks could escalate in an attempt to keep the State of Alabama from certifying his election.

    • Maria castro

And don’t forget…one of her mother’s statement claims la corfman never had a phone in her room.
And why Allred refuses to give the yearbook of Bubolina?
No wonder libs hate the commandments…thou shall not bear false witness against thy neighbor. They destroy lives and scar families.

    • Dee

Supposedly Allred already admitted it might not be his signature , which I’m sure is why twice she said she would not turn it over . She’s a Fema-Nazi creep !

    • Meathead

Gloria Allred has credibility? ? ?

    • 1loyalamerican74

Why doesn’t Allred furnish the yearbook? She is a liar and has always been one. Who paid Allred and the lying woman to try this thirty days before the election. Make Allred tell who has provided the money for this illegal filing against Moore. Have the Judge (if legal) ask where the money is flowing. Could Soros be behind this fraud?

      • Daniel F. Melton

*** Who paid Allred and the lying woman to try this thirty days before the election***
The dnc is the most likely culprit, but mcconnel is Veeeeeerrrrry suspicious.

        • independent thinker

The DNC likely made the payment but the money came from elsewhere. Soros perhaps? Doubt McConnell furnished the money he just provided (im)moral support.

          • Daniel F. Melton

            Follow the slime trails.

    • Suzu M

The only thing the yearbook situation proves is that he knew her, when he said he did not. And THAT could just be a memory lapse.
( I know that I don’t remember all the people who signed mine, and it’s safe to say I probably don’t remember all the other students’ books that I have signed.)
Secondly, there was nothing WRONG in the content of what ‘he’ wrote. Certainly nothing of a sexual nature.

      • independent thinker

Doesn’t even prove he knew her. All it proves IF he actually signed it is he was in the diner the same day the book was and signed it. Consider this however, Moore supposedly signed the yearbook at Christmas but yearbooks are not printed and issued to the students until 3-4 months after Christmas.

      • Steve G.

Well; in the year book he writes about her being pretty, which gives some credibility to her allegations. Allred knew the yearbook would be damaging, which is why she released it. With out that yearbook they have nothing but allegations, and it’s safe to say in this political environment allegations are being used as weapons.

        • Suzu M

‘Without that yearbook, they have nothing,’ which is EXACTLY why they are making a mountain out of a molehill. I would think that most times, saying someone is pretty, is merely an acknowledgement, not a threat. People have paid me compliments before, and I didn’t feel like it was a sexual comment. An older man has declared that one of my daughters was beautiful, but I didn’t cry ‘foul!’. Compliments can’t not be considered threats without many other actions attached to it.

    • davnkatzr

Steve – – – one handwriting expert examined a picture of the annual. He (or maybe she) said the example did have “some resemblance” to Moore’s signature – BUT it has a closer resemblance to the rubber stamp (used to authenticate divorce decrees and custody orders) used by staff in Moore’s courtroom. Very shortly after that the yearbook was withdrawn from observation and requests to examine the yearbook have been refused. NOW WHAT THE HELLO DOES THAT TELL YOU?

      • Steve G.

Well; the rubber stamp came well after when they claim when the book was signed. This does make it appear the allegations are false.

  • iond

It is very likely that Post did exactly what Bezos wants : not to find the truth and to help democrats !

  • Oh give it a rest you crazy people.

    • catrig77

Show the yearbook! What is all red hiding? The woman wants a payday.

    • Jackalyn Morrison

Can’t stand the truth can you!! You people can only hope for the allegations to keep him from winning!! It appears that we didn’t fall for that garbage

      • Au contraire. I hope Moore wins. Then the Dems can hang that pedophiliac Moore around the necks of every Republican running in 2018.

    • David Kledzik

That’s your recommendation……. Well here’s mine to you, stick your lower lip over your head and swallow. You rube.

  • Gregg Parker

A dog and pony show with stuffed animals… we know what’s happening here because they have a very limited playbook and they always try the “Hail Mary play on fourth and long when the clock is running out (sorry for the football reference… but I didn’t take a knee what the anthem played).

    • David Kledzik

Right on Greg!!!!!! Me neither, but then again I quit watching football when this commie crap started.

      • Gregg Parker

So done with the whole bread and circus… I want raw meat now…

        • David Kledzik

We can rip it from the bones of liberals, but might have to lick our Ar ses for a month to get the taste out of our mouths.

          • Gregg Parker

            …food poisoning….

  • art persky

iT still comes down to McConnell being behind this all the way {it is time for the people of this country to remove McConnell from this world } !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Ddenney1

I will settle for removing him from leadership of the Senate!!!!!!!

      • joe

I’ll settle by removing him from this planet !

    • buggs

The people of this country have nothing to do with the United States Congress

    • Bill Harrison

No Democrats will lie steal and cheat as long as they get their way. Ends justifies the means. Scum is all they are.

    • Mary Cosmah-Johnson

Not alone. If people would close at McConnell ‘s time in congress, he is decidedly more democrat in his thinking than Republican.
I was born and raised I Kentucky I have known many people that set on the fence between the two parties. Ever which way the wind blows that’s how they play.I
I was registered Democrat till 2016 the party meetings are laughable.

      • David Kledzik

Well welcome to the goodside. We love to have strong minded individuals such as yourself onboard.

    • Eric

Too much inbreeding in Kentucky. It’s the only thing that explains McConnell’s last re-election. The Fossil acts more like a Democrat than a Republican.

    • Mountain_Dew_518

When Judge Roy Moore wins and IF they don’t seat him, McConnell may not be in but just a short time, because him and the Rinos and Demonrats will be facing a slew of Alabama Wildcats for stealing our right to vote for who we want and NOT who they want. If they get by with not seating him then who says they will not do it to other states? Each state has a right to vote who they want and they should not demand or say such things as that. Alabama will definitely fight back. Governor Kay Ivey has told them to stay out of Alabama’s election and she herself has said she will be voting for Roy Moore.

  • Ddenney1

2 down 7 to go! I still don’t know about the Judge but 40 years is 40 years!!!!

    • Jackalyn Morrison

      Amen

  • buggs

I would rather vote for a child molester than a Democrat.

    • Bimu

      One in the same….

  • Danny Noble

We are voting for Judge Moore. We saw the hatchet job the Birmingham News produced with their front page thing advising people to vote for the other guy.

Well guess what? Our subscription just happened to be due – we returned it unpaid with the offending front page included and an explanation as to why we were not renewing their leftist bird cage liner.

    • Jackalyn Morrison

Me to and that really made me know we are voting for the right one

    • David Kledzik

When owl face McConnell said do a write in for Luther Strange, that would be all one needed to know about this hatchet job their trying to pull on the judge. Take care people of Alabama, you’re good people, and better than the neocons, and Marxists trying to subvert your election.

      • Danny Noble

Owlface? Interesting name, I call him The Turtle ‘)

        • David Kledzik

Turtle works also. I was just thinking about Ee-ore from Sesame Street while listening to McConnell talk. It’s not much of a tail, but it’s mine, “in Ee-ore’s voice”.

          • Danny Noble

Gee thanks… I just blew soda out of my nose! I am dying here, I love it! Eeore, that is perfect.

McConnell did say straight out he would prefer a democrat in that seat. Kinda know what side he is on.

          • David Kledzik

Lol……. Hope I didn’t cause any permanent damage. McConnell is a RINO. Have a good one Danny. Happy Thanksgiving.

          • Danny Noble

I hope yours was fine as well! The soda finally drained, I love these forums. You actually learn things here.

          • Mountain_Dew_518

            LOVE It !!!!

      • Mountain_Dew_518

Thank you for your comment and bless you and take care of yourself. By the way Happy Thanksgiving!

        • David Kledzik

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours also. God Bless, and Godspeed to you.

    • Gradmother

I love your reaction. LOL “Birdcage liner.” LOL

    • Mountain_Dew_518

Good for you. Great!!!! We will be voting for Roy Moore also here in south Alabama!!!! We will soon here these words, “JUDGE ROY MOORE has won the Alabama Senate Race with a LANDSLIDE VICTORY.”

  • 615GEJ1

“And God said, let there be light…” Once something is exposed in the light, it can never hide again!

  • Brad Fisher

It’s becoming more and more evident that this is a smear job to get Roy Moore to quit the race.
Very likely paid for by the Clinton/Obama/McConnell Mafia. This too, very eventually see the light.

    • Jackalyn Morrison

      AMEN

  • Jacks are Wild

The Democrats have become a major underworld mafia that make Al Capone & other underworld criminals look like a Preacher & Choir boys. Time to do some Trump.

  • Joe samo

This whole thing stinks of the democrats trying to win the election. I hope Moore wins by a landslides.

  • Joe samo

The progressive democrat fascists will do anything o stay in power including destroy a mans life…well until the election is over then the truth will come out.

  • Quisno Rodonovich

Governments are only fictitious entities made to take from the people any freedom not allowed by subscription. If the people can ever master their ability to govern Corporate entities will never be able to remove that which is given.

  • Deplorable Irredeemable Susan

This story is unraveling very quickly now.

  • DLynn

One point I have not seen mentioned – does anyone truly believe that a professional man in his 30s would be dumb enough to write anything to an underage girl and sign it “Love Roy Brown”.

    • Danny Noble

Or put DA behind it, is in District Attorney. This is all academic – many of us have seen where the signature was lifted from, Roy Moore and his assistant Debra Somethingorother that starts with an A from a court filing – say! Should his assistant at the time be questioned? Follow this silly line now!

Say he AND his assistant both went to the olde greasy pine tree for lunch. They meet this 16 year old girl, or thereabouts. She brings her yearbook to work in this grease filled eatery every day looking for the chance to get someones autograph who may one day be famous, or run for senate, or something….

      • DLynn

While I understand what you are alluding to, I’ll still follow this ‘silly’ line as you call it even though you are now talking about another accuser. Debra Adams likely signed hundreds of letters and documents for then ‘Deputy’ District Attorney Roy Moore. She would not have signed a yearbook for her boss so could only attest to signing anything she actually did assign her initials to. No one ever mentioned his assistant going into the diner to eat even though the accuser said Moore came in regularly and sat at the counter. The accuser was 15 years old but no 15 year olds were permitted to work there which is why none of the employees remember the accuser of ever working there. Next, the accuser said she waited on him but several former servers have said it was the short order cook who waited on customers at the counter. ‘That’ accuser said that the assault happened in back of the restaurant by dumpsters but several former employees stated the dumpsters were at the side of the building – and the area was well lit. IF IF IF a teenager had managed to get the signature of someone who was a political figure (he certainly wasn’t a fellow classmate) who went on to even higher offices, why wait 40 years to mention having his autograph? I have been a domestic violence/sexual assault counselor for 35 years and do not believe either one of these women’s stories. Victims generally didn’t report assaults because of the shame associated with it that they wrongly assume but I never counseled one that was able to share with thousands her/his story after contacting an attorney known to file lawsuits without any evidence to substantiate the claims. Their words nor their behavior now support their claims.

        • Danny Noble

I am a Moore supporter as well and am voting for him.

My ‘silly line of reasoning’ was not meant to be taken seriously, just a theory on how far the left is willing to reach to ruin a good man and take back the Senate.

No, I never thought him and his assistant went there that night. I do not think he ever signed the yearbook. I do not think he fooled with young girls. Now you have my true feelings re Moore, reread my paragraph in the ludicrous over the top way I wrote it. I surely never meant it to be serious.

          • DLynn

Danny. It not only clarified it for me but you may have clarified for others as well. It also gave me an opportunity to share as someone who has counseled hundreds of victims over a 35 year period. Many ask why wait 40 years – that I totally understand but it is all of the other nonsense that does not ring true. It not only is wrong to the person being acccused but to any future potential victim. Many years ago I was called in to talk to a young woman who was claiming two men raped her. Long story short, the police did not believe her. The conclusion – they were 100% right. She had borrowed her boyfriend’s car and instead of going out to eat as she had told him, she drove over the state line to see another boyfriend. When the car’s owner reported it stolen the police stopped her. Her excuse – she had car trouble and two men stopped to help her. She claimed they had raped her but when asked about going to the hospital she refused to go, The problem – dust underneath the hood showed no signs of hands on any time recently – or possibly the past year. When informed of the consequences of reporting false accusations, she finally owned up to her side road trip.

          • Danny Noble

Thanks for that and for sharing true instances of deception from some of these people. Perhaps more readers will get a better insight. Stand firm Judge Moore. Stand firm against McConnell, McCain and Associates!

    • Jackalyn Morrison

      Very good point

  • Eyeinthesky

I think this woman has had her 15 mins of fame. Time for her to go home.

  • Don Hunt

    horse feathers

  • higgy01

I wonder how much this bimbo was paid and by whom to lie as she did.

    • Meathead

Has the smell of Soros and Obama all over it.

  • Christina Reynolds

FOTM is that the news media knows that all they have to do is insinuate that Moore is a pediphile and then let the Koo koos run with it.

  • 1johnnyp

I watched an interview earlier this week with this accuser. She stated that Moore removed her clothing and the he left the room. He returned and started touching her over her clothing. Oops was the look on her face then she stated what was left of her clothing. When you lie you have alot to remember and when you tell the truth you don’t.

  • John

The Dems are ALWAYS accusing the right of what THEY are guilty of i.e. Russia collusion, sexual harassment, favoring the rich, racism, etc

    • LarryW

Yeah, I think in psychology it’s called “projection”

    • rjm2238

It’s Alinski 101, right out of his book, “Rules For Radicals” which incidently serves as the democrats political bible. He has a number of rules to follow if one is to be a successful ‘agitator’ or as I like to say subversive and this is certainly at the top of the list.
He was a seditious traitor to my way of thinking, which probably explains the democrats attraction to him, but one would be a fool to underestimate his techniques, they were very effective.
I refuse to praise him but I more vociferously refuse to take the dangerous tact of underestimating him, even given the fact that he has been dead for years, because one should always base their actions on what range of actions their opponent is capable of and not which we hope he will do.
This is a fight we cannot lose. We were within an inch of serious trouble until President Trump won last November and we cannot put ourselves in that position again. We cannot afford to be one loss away from defeat due to the fact we are fighting everyone. Our current suite of adversaries includes but is not limited to, the democrat party, the DNC, all the RINO’s and the media, news and entertainment and lastly the senior career level bureaucrats in whom the real power resides and who will do whatever they feel they need to to keep the Washington D. C. cocktail circuit unperturbed.
That is quite an array of enemies, certainly enough to engineer a victory out of a defeat so stay aware people and keep alert, keep working and keep learning. Remember we have to win. Just as in a gunfight there are no second place winners here, winners make and enforce the rules, the losers do not deserve mention.
      Rich in New Mexico.

  • JWH (NRA LIFE)

Political Smear LIES are exposed sooner or later!! The Radical Dems do this all the time, get used to this BS as it wont stop soon!!! They will do anything to regain their “LOST POWER”!!!

    • LarryW

It will stop as soon as the Dem’s stop, which will be when we vote every last one of them out of office.

  • Daniel F. Melton

Her story has more holes than a colander.

  • 1loyalamerican74

Gloria Allred is a master of lying on cases such as the one in Alabama. She should be stripped of her attorney’s license and convicted for her lies and cheating.

  • therealworld

I bet Hillary and Obuttmo are behind all of this….

    • Danny Noble

Agreed – the Hilldebeast is still butthurt about losing and so extravagantly. I’ve been reading Donna Brasils book, very entertaining. They were so arrogant, so self assured that they had it won without doing more than slurping up and blowing 2 billion dollars and losing to Trumps 100 million or so campaign.

      • Danny Noble

Okay I finished Brasils book last night. Pretty much a self serving treatise on the election and how it wasn’t her fault. After 8 years of hard core separatism on the democrats part NOW she is calling for unity and her quote here “I love my party but I love my country more”.

She would never have said that had they won. She would have been crowing with the rest of them, calling for repeal of the constitution, reparations for slavery (take everything from us and give it to their voters), removal of the Electoral College, which by the by does a pretty good job of cancelling out votes by unregistered illegal voters.

  • Askjrsk

I don’t believe anyone who has no evidence. McDonnell, I believe planted this. McConnell is scared as are many on that list of settlements paid out by taxpayers for sexual indiscretions. We demand a list of names, the victims how much per incident, description of the charges and the dates. While a whole lot of shaking is going on. MAGA

  • Truth wins … thus Judge Moore will win.

  • Nancy

Why did the RNC stop all funding and all the Repubs/RINOs charge him guilty before he even has a chance to prove his innocence? I’m so fed up with all this corruption. And Allred is nothing but a greedy money hungry lying witch. So many cover ups, it’s obvious. And those Repubs/RINOs and Demoncrats know this. I just want them caught!! They have already destroyed Judge Moore and his family’s reputation. And I bet Soros is paying the millions to slander Judge Moore.

    • Danny Noble

The RNC is full of effete latte sippers sitting in trendy coffee houses watching soccer and curling while wearing their lace panties and wingtips.

  • Donovan Blaylock

When will Fake stories and paid for fake stories be Prosecuted? Is it not Conspiracy to commit Espionage? Is it not a Felony? Will the owners of Magazine, newspapers and Networks pay all the Legal fees of their Reporters? Criminal and Civil?

  • Judy Mosshammer

This whole thing smells, think this whole thing is another liberal scam

  • Michael Kovacs

I mean to me it seems like the yearbook is a simple matter and it might put an end to all of this nonsense. It would seem to me that they feel because the statute of limitations has run out they can’t be compelled to turn over the yearbook however if Judge Moore were to file a libel /slander suit against this person and subpoena the book as evidence I am pretty sure they would have to surrender it or face the wrath of the court. Just a thought

  • Ronald Show

This was nothing but a political assassination attempt!! Holes are being blown wide open in all their stories!! And why wait 40 years when moore has run for office so many times!!! If it smells fishy its a fish!!!

  • Karma

Classic democrat hit job..plain and simple.

  • Michael E. VanCauwenberghs

ROFLMFAO….. Really, the democrat’s are the most vivid liars on the planet, if you cannot win an election then smear your opponents name, a motto that almost worked for Swillery.. Word.

  • The longer something took place, the harder it is to defend or even remember. Anyone can claim anything about someone after forty years; I find the whole mess suspicious a best.

  • Miss Mellie

I live in Alabama and I assure y’all that all this mess against Judge Moore is LIES.

  • Richard J. Garfunkel

Well, another honest soul came forth with a sincere opinion of the King of Self aka the Moron in Chief. One of the King’s generals said what we all are thinking and have been saying for more than a year. He’s a dope! National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster was unsparingly critical of President Donald Trump at a July dinner with Oracle CEO Safra Catz, according to a report BuzzFeed News published on Monday. McMaster called Trump an “idiot,” a “dope” and said he has the intelligence of a “kindergartner,” BuzzFeed reported, citing five unnamed sources with knowledge of McMaster’s and Catz’s conversation. Again, who is surprised at this? I ask? Who could not believe this? I as ask? This is the stupidest and most uninformed individual elected to high office in this country’s history! he knows nothing, will sign anything put in front of his face, and the right-wing only wants him around to rubber-stamp their policies. More shoes will drop regarding the King of Self’s duplicity and incompetence.

    • Danny Noble

And what pray tell does your rant have to do with the Alabama senate election sir? Or did you click the wrong page by mistake?

  • Louie Rey

If you don’t think that these accusations are politically motivated then you’re also probably sitting around waiting for Santa Claus to climb down your chimney to drop off presents while his reindeer are waiting on your roof.

  • Christian_Prophet

I believe the women. Stop trying to defend Roy Moore the sexual predator.

    • Danny Noble

I’ll bite – what is your proof? Or are you relying on Spectral Evidence as used in the 17th century?

  • DollyT

As I said before this is purely a hit job!

  • crazybarry

Follow the money. Audit her financial history. Look for cash with no sources.

  • Elizabeth Valentino

I WONDER HOW MUCH MONEY WAS PAID OUT TO ALL THE ACCUSERS ABOUT ALL THESE CASES, TRUE OR NOT, YEARS & YEARS LATER TO COME FORWARD AND ACCUSE ALL THESE MEN NOW IS ABSOLUTELY MIND BLOWING. BEFORE THIS CRAP IS PRINTED, WHY ISN’T IT INVESTIGATED FIRST TO MAKE SURE IT’S THE TRUTH? IF YOU REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHAT SEXUAL HARRASSMENT IS, I’LL TELL YOU: BACK IN THE ’60’S, I WAS A SECRETARY TO A MANAGER THAT TOOK A FANCY TO ME. ONE DAY HE CALLED ME INTO HIS OFFICE TO ‘TAKE A LETTER’ SO I DID & WHEN I ENTERED, HE HAD PUT A RULER IN HIS PANTS TO MAKE IT APPEAR THAT HE HAD THIS UNBELIEVABLE “ERECTION” , I WASN’T HORRIFIED, I LAUGHED, HARD, THAT EMBARRASSED HIM SO BAD HE NEVER DID IT AGAIN OR ANYTHING SIMILAR. THIS WAS WAY BEFORE THIS ‘SEXUAL CRAP’ HIT THE PUBLIC.

  • Norma Jean DeForest

She should demand her money back from Gloria Allred.

  • Elizabeth Valentino

ALL THESE STORIES ARE FULL OF HOLES. A PATTERN HAS EMERGED THAT I FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT AS MANY MEN AS THERE ARE, I THINK 8 MEN OUT OF 10 MEN , AT LEAST TRY TO “GET IT ON” WITH WOMEN & SOME WITH MEN.

  • Kirk Kahler

well as we see one more time the fake news the left is pimping is falling a part ! this is all to fishy for me that these people would come forward this late in the game and we all know that the left has made a living do crap like this to get seats and power ! so time will tell if the left and the few RINO’s are going to be exposed for this !

  • Gerri

I hope that when these accusations are proven fake and a set up this woman is dealt with the full extent of the LAW. Gloria Allred SHOULD be disbarred .

  • cindy galt

Why didn’t she or some of the other accusers say something when he was still on the bench and try to have him disbarred? Just like Trump, wait until he is running for office.

    • Kelly McIntyre

HELLO!!! It was the ’70’s! And he was in power. No way would anyone have believed her, and she would likely have been ruined. Use your head.

      • Jean123a

He was in power? Explain his power. He was not the Mafia or the Chief of Police or Mayor. He was the D.A. He had power to ask questions.
Now answer this. It was HER custody that was being determined, and she would have been in the courtroom herself, so why would a 14 year old need someone to sit with her even if she were sitting out in the hall? Fourteen- year-olds babysit themselves.

        • Kelly McIntyre

She was a minor. She was a child. You really expect her to go against someone who is politically connected? What do you think he said to her to keep her quiet? It wouldn’t be difficult, especially for someone smart enough to hold his position. Very easy to intimidate a 14 year old.

  • Bill Swinney

    Bull crap

  • Carolann Enkhaus

Story is filled with ho s….ooops….I bad lol
