MURDOCK: Clinton Lost Because Trump Outworked Her

Deroy-Murdock(Deroy Murdock, Liberty Headlines) NEW YORK — Call her Lazy Hillary.

Secretary Clinton’s supporters relentlessly claim that the “illegitimate” President-elect Donald J. Trump won, thanks to the FBI, the KGB, “fake news,” Electoral College members who voted as they promised, and perhaps the Bermuda Triangle. These sorest of losers refuse to concede that if Hillary Clinton really wanted to be president of the United States, she should have worked harder for the job.

Trump out-stumped Clinton. He spoke much more often than she did, and to far larger crowds. And then his fans reached out to people they knew and told them all about it.

Joe Hoft of Gateway Pundit meticulously tracked both nominees’ campaign rallies, from just after the conventions through Election Day. “I only included those events where the candidates themselves attended,” rather than surrogates like Bill Clinton or Rudolph W. Giuliani. Hoft excluded debates, TV interviews, fundraisers, and, he told me, “visits to companies or other small meetings, unless one gave a major speech.”

Hoft also developed crowd estimates that were “very difficult to put together,” due to what he considered often-biased news reports from establishment outlets. “The mainstream media almost always overstated Hillary’s crowds and understated Trump’s. I was forced many times to search at length to get numbers that looked reasonable…I believe these numbers are solid.”

Hoft’s carefully compiled data should make Clinton’s partisans aim their unbridled rage at her. His statistics yield an inescapable conclusion: Every single week between August 1 and November 8, Donald J. Trump addressed more voters at more rallies than did Hillary Clinton.

Across these 15 weeks, Trump appeared at 132 rallies versus Clinton’s 63 — less than half as many. He addressed an estimated 963,155 people, compared to Clinton’s 109,220. Hoft calculates 7,297 guests at the average Trump rally. Just 1,734 reached the typical Clinton function. Participants averaged 9,729 per day for Trump and 1,103 for Clinton.

Trump out-rallied Clinton in key swing states, which he captured. He held 25 in Florida to her 16. In Michigan, he organized eight to her four. Pennsylvania: Trump 15, Clinton 10.

In that period, Hoft also found that Clinton held no rallies in two states where Trump scored electoral votes. Clinton notoriously blew off Wisconsin. Trump held six rallies there and won. She also failed to rally in Maine. Trump did so thrice. He secured one electoral vote among the four that Maine awards by congressional district.

Hoft also counted 23 days where Trump held no rallies or took time off the trail. Amazingly enough, Clinton avoided rallies or relaxed on 57 days — nearly 60 percent of that crucial 99-day interval.

As for the faces in these crowds, they used social media to share with their friends and loved ones what they saw and heard. Here, too, Trump outpaced Clinton. By Election Day, according to audited reports that Hoft and Gateway Pundit inspected, Trump had 12,512,841 Twitter followers versus 9,765,645 for Clinton. Trump’s 11,443,714 Facebook likes outshone Clinton’s 7,124,977. And Trump’s YouTube views, trounced Clinton’s more than three to one: 96,814,793 for him and 29,211,723 for her.

In letters rather than digits, the ubiquitous and indefatigable Trump inspired his supporters, and they carried his message forward via high-tech communications channels.

But Clinton enjoyed even more abundant advantages.

While the Right’s Never Trump crowd hounded the Republican standard bearer, Clinton boasted a generally unified Democrat Party. The Old Guard media loyally carried Clinton’s water in buckets, barefoot across shattered glass, and constantly slammed Trump with sadistic glee. The battle-scarred Clinton fought her second presidential campaign, atop two successful Senate bids and both of her husband’s winning White House contests. Trump never had been a candidate for so much as school board. Clinton also outspent Trump, $521 million to $270 million — or $7.91 per vote for her and $4.29 per vote for him.

And yet, despite her many assets, Trump the tortoise walked past Hillary the hare — all the way to Friday’s inauguration.

Hillary had so much more campaign money than Trump, she could have bought a plane like Trump had and made many campaign speeches the same day like Trump was doing.

The popular votes she got came from the states where the same person could vote multiple times for the same person -like her. They evidently did so to give her the popular dishonest vote.

    • Askjrsk

      She’s inept

    • Luis Luna

she would have fainted more than once

    • wandamurline

The popular vote came from New York, Illinois, Washington DC, and California….all the biggest populated cities therein.

    • richjack4

She won California 4,000,000 to 2,000,000 roughly. There is your popular vote difference. That’s why there is an electoral college. So California, New York and New Jersey don’t get to pick every president

      • James Mann

California had 3 million illegal voters !!! If no electoral college than 10 states would decide the president !!! Ask Al Gore how this works !!

  • Marie Saqueton

The Leftists will never believe this. They still think their liar queen was electable. Fortunately, majority of Americans are decent, well educated and well informed people contrary to what Hillary labeled them, as a basket of deplorable, etc, etc, What a nut to insult millions of people right before election?

    • James Mann

FBI could not have vetted Hillary to be president !!!

  • richjack4

She lost because she was a classic sociopathic narcissist who simply felt entitled to the position as if it were ordained by the divine right of kings, otherwis known as Obama. How long will they continue to make excuses for her? But for those on both coasts, people smelt a liar hypocrite without much effort.

    • Askjrsk

      Absolutely

      • richjack4

        She truly scared me

        • Askjrsk

Absolutely frightening. Evil witch and devil worshipper it is said. Rude arrogant ill -mannered

          • richjack4

Much of what you say is very accurate. Several friends who are X Secret Service that were assigned her during the Clinton presidency swore nastier and vile person God never could create. We dodged a real bullet with that one! .

          • Askjrsk

Thanks Rich. I believe you are absolutely right on

          • Louie Rey

If I’m not mistaken there was a book written or some kind of cataloging of how the Secret Service agents have been treated by the presidents that they were in charge of protecting and invariably the Republicans treated them with respect and honor while the Democrats, not just Hellary Rotten Clinton, all looked down on them as subservient peons. I bet that all of them wouldn’t even take a slap for her let alone a bullet.

          • richjack4

Clinton was a total witch to deal with! Barbara Bush was a sweetheart! She would get up at night and bake the guys chocolate chip cookies!

          • Louie Rey

            ’nuff said.

          • richjack4

Yeah shows what class and humility is

          • cgretired

I am NOT a fan of William Jefferson Clinton at all. I think he is as much a criminal as she is, however, from what I read, he respected and treated the Secret Service people well. It was hitlery that lothed them and treated them accordingly.

          • Louie Rey

Well, they’re usually lumped together but you may very well be right. Regardless, I’ve never heard of the Secret Service castigating any Republican hierarchy so that pretty much says it all.

    • Louie Rey

Funny, it’s not like she wasn’t a sociopathic narcissist earlier in her “career” but I’m pretty sure she picked up some pointers from Hussein who also fits that profile to a t. Birds of a feather.

      • richjack4

According to very well-placed sources, she was like that the minute her hubby Bill became president

  • richjack4

And why do people continuously referred to her as Secretary Clinton? That honor and title does not follow her upon departure from the post! So much for journalists understanding political etiquette.

    • Askjrsk

      The witch CLINTON

      • richjack4

        Much better.

        • Askjrsk

          Right!

    • John N. Reiter

      Yes !!!

      • richjack4

Thanks….Just one of those little things that kept irking me throughout the campaign. Designed to make her look more prestigious and important than really was.

  • GetReal4U2

the people have spoken…it’s beyond time for obummer to leave office!

  • Mike & Linda

Say it ain’t so. You mean the Russians hacking her email didn’t affect the election. Don’t let the liberal progressive left hear you say that. They will tar and feather you. It just can’t be Hillary’s fault.

  • Irredeemably Deplorable

So, are we going to investigate the Russian ties to Deroy Murdoc?
Did the DNC approve this release of information?
    Did Snopes verify the facts?

All very important questions. We can’t have any false news here…

Great Job President-Elect Trump. Proud to have the numbers confirm what we saw for months.

  • Karma

Hillary lost simply because she is criminal garbage.

    • FAITH47

      RIGHT ON! !!!!

  • paul b ahern

Don’t you understand that Hillary is a medically sick person. I don’t mean mentally. Her health affected her primary schedule. It would have been a major mistake for Hillary to have been elected due to her health situation. Best she take it easy and enjoy life with her child and grandchildren. That she take long walks in the woods.

  • Askjrsk

That’s why TRUMP WON. She was qualified worked hard. She an illegitimate candidate

    • FAITH47

IF YOU WORK HARDER YOU WILL SUCCEED; BUT IF YOU ARE LAZY YOU WILL NOT GET ANYWHERE.

      • Askjrsk

A very important truth PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP has driven home. Can’t stay in hiding doing Coke and getting drunk and expecting to be elected president, there HILLARY. That’s a no brainer. Proves HILLARY was always inept incompetent incapable unfit and illegitimate as a candidate.

      • Askjrsk

PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP believed has a vision for America , ( my people perish for a lack of vision), humbled himself before God, PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP prayed for direction and wisdom, God has honored President Donald Trump with faith and trust and given him strength as he waits upon the Lord, and serves us His people.

  • jong

That and the message. The beast gave one of four more years of ole jug ears and his executive fiats. Trump wants to make American Great and EVERYONE in it. Its only logical as a business man that we would want to do so. The better the person the better the work and more money for the business owner.

  • Glenda Hammer

Hillary was given a billion dollars by Wall Street, and in return she was going to open the borders to illegals for the cheap labor, for Wall Street profits. She also had hundreds of millions of dollars from foreign governments. She spent 10 to 20 times the money Trump spent on her campaigns, and she did everything she could to buy the Presidency. Legal voting Americans were not impressed.
Americans are tired of the corrupt lying Clinton’s, and the corrupt lying Democrats.
Trump will “Drain the Swamp” of politicians who have been taking millions of dollars from Lobbyists, to hurt working Americans and their families.

  • therealworld

Clinton only attended fundraisers when they had a Concert where she could get on stage, She was really impressed with herself. THEN LOST

    • FAITH47

Obama and Hillary love their own self.

    • Jjb54

      Legends in their own minds.

  • Kmat

Typical Liberal, does not think they need to do the work to succeed.

  • R. T.

Spend more get less that’s the democrat’s way isn’t it ! If you have a problem through money at it so it go’s away !

  • needful

    and thank God he did!!!

  • wandamurline

With the biased news, the undercover war against Sanders….Clinton KNEW it was shoe in and that she had the election in the bag….she felt she had it won and needn’t worry about us voters…funny how things work out….Thank God she is gone….hopefully Obozo will go with her.

  • Winter

I believe that reason why Trumpwin election is in his personal attitude, his exact explanation what will he do if elected as president. Most Americans tired from liberal BS. Hillary rigged elections, but it did not help her to win. Americans wanted Trump to be our President

When I first saw the name attribution, I thought, “another hit piece”, but the moment I saw Deroy’s smiling face, I knew, like with Mychal Massie, I’d read a well researched, solidly supported, factually based anaylsis, and it is joy to see this truth come smiling through, despite every effort of a totally corrupt “government society” which includes most of the media, doing their utmost to make a useless, unskilled hag, appear qualified to be an executive.
Not just any executive, like in charge of counting the toilet paper, but one demanding strength, moral courage, principles, and the intent to do for The Nation what one has already done for one’s self.
We have had great Presidents, our first, second and third, established a new way of government, one not seen in centuries, with a foundation solid enough to keep us. We have had bad presidents, self-centered, focused on power, or often with silly notions of “utopian nature”, and little understanding of the realities of “The People”, our desires, our intents, our own notions of the founding principles of our Nation.
I’ve been voting since 1976, and never seen a more criminal construct in the executive branch, in particular, in State, in Intell and in Justice, and no one has ever had the temerity to operate outside “the NSA sphere”, simply ignoring their mandates, actually being “hacked” rather continuously in her tenure, as evidenced by the Iranian physicist who had been providing information on Iran’s progress, tried, sentenced, hanged, and dumped on his doorstep, the day that email was hacked, and not only such help as foreigners, but every single person ever connected with via that Treason Server and her “personal devices”, also having been exposed, their address available and identifiable.
First off, HRC didn’t even look capable of living through the next four years, and she is supposedly getting the best medical attention. Secondly, there has seldom been a more corrupt individual, more consistently exposed over two decades, “serving” in office solely because of connections, never accomplishing a single thing of note other than stealing everything not nailed down in the White House, when she left.
Then we get to the secretary of state position, promised in return for the Clinton support of obama. Never have we had a less qualified person in that office, because she entered with an illegal agenda, the intent to invade nations, against international law, the U.S. is signatory to, she ran the office as a “connection” to potential donors, and as a service for such, and this has been demonstrated time and again, with the Clinton Foundation Scandal intrinsicly tied to the SOS office, and with the FBI, CIA, both using it, and ignoring the crimes, the entire time she was in office.
She complained the issue of “emails, and her work” being brought out right during the campaign cycle, however what newspaper noted this was a matter of HRC hiding her activity until she was caught, and that happened to be eight months or so after she got out of office. She hid her crimes, then complained it was unfair to catch her in time to stop her bid for office.
There has never been a presidential campaign so utterly twisted, so completely lopsided, and so clearly one of an open criminal, well supported by the government and its stooges, against a man who simply had enough money to stand and speak the facts, never back down, and confront each and every line of B.S. she put out, and turn it inside out, showing the world what was inside, what she was really offering.
We, The People actually made a difference for the first time since President Reagan was our choice, and we chose him before all the official choices, then also. We didn’t stand behind Mr. Reagan very long, and certainly not to congress, against their determined intent to neuter “the choice of The People”. Hank Williams Jr. sings, “Reagan is cutting the budget, making the democrats scream”, and then puts the onus of the new taxes on Reagan, even as he broke the tax code and simplified it, reduced taxes, improved the means of calculating them enormously, and congress countered by raising the tax rate, undoing all a president can do.
If we don’t stand behind Mr. Trump all the way through to the end, he too, will be a “flash in the pan”, because one man can’t beat the whole of the government without the full backing of the loudest of Citizens, determined to see our constitution put back as “rule of law over government”.
We can do everything else, but if we fail to force government under the law, the moment we fail to hold congress’ feet to the fire, demand they follow the lead of our Choice, they will double down, and if you believe them, they will show us how evil he is, and how great congress is, again.

Yes that was a factor but she lost for the most part because of who she is. Unfortunately for her (and VERY fortunate for us) there’s nothing she could do about that, not that she’d want to anyway. I hope she eats her heart out (I’m assuming she has one) as she sits there and watches Trump being sworn in. And I can’t wait to see the look on Bill’s face as the realization that he’s going to be spending all of his free time for the rest of his life with HER! It should be priceless.

  • dondehoff

The Clintons have left a trail of destruction, chaos with questionable activities and several deaths during his job as Governor of Arkansas, his time in the Oval Office and now continuing in their “Foundation”. I do not understand how she carried so many votes, when it is very clear she is of questionable character

  • cgretired

Hitlery took the election for granted. Every democrat I’ve talked to was completely taken off guard with the Trump win. They swore up and down well before the election that there was absolutely no doubt that she would win. So, she got lazy and took these predictions as truth and as eventual. But she was wrong. They were were wrong. She lost. We were right. We won. End of that game.
